Empowering Advocacy for Recovery and Social Change in Maryland.

The Maryland Peer Advisory Council (MPAC) is a peer-led advocacy movement comprised of members and supporters who advocate on local, state and national levels to address, influence positive social change policies, and actionable efforts for recovery.

What is social change? Social change is the ability to change the status quo, ensuring that every human being has equal rights and access.
